Evan was just great: on time, made a thorough investigation of what might have caused the problem. The whole crew was excellent. They improved everything they touched.

My favorite plumber
Had a clogged kitchen sink at 8:15 am and guests for lunch at 11 am…🤪. I called and Luke was here at 8:30 am and fixed issue by 9:30 am! Though not cheap $218 he was thorough, pleasant and gave helpful hints! Will call them again!
Extremely happy with their work. Installed my pot filler and a new water softener in just a couple of hours. We have construction all around us and we were moving in and in their way but they didn’t mind a bit! I appreciate their great customer service and their work! Highly recommend

Update: I have now replaced my 20 year old water heater with an upgraded model. Again, the Hall and Sons Plumbing team of Evan and CJ did a wonderful job. I also had a 40+ year old hose bib and a whole house water shut-off valve replaced. The team was, as usual, very respectful, efficient, personable and walked me through what would happen and when. I must also mention Tedi in the office. She explained everything beforehand and was courteous, friendly and completely understanding as I was a bit overwhelmed. I will continue to use Hall & Sons for all my plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! (PS. The drywall was already torn due to pipe leaks years ago.) I had a great experience with Luke and Billy who visited my home today. While Billy was replacing my kitchen sink and a new garbage disposal, Luke moved on to my bathroom where he removed, snaked, and replaced a shower drain with a new removable basket system I had purchased. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Beyond the great work, they took the time to answer several questions I had regarding future plumbing projects, which really put my mind at ease. It’s rare to find technicians who are both highly skilled and so willing to share their expertise. Highly recommend!
