Love coming to this veterinary clinic! I always feel heard and respected and everyone is great with Mocha. Other vets use fear-based tactics and I used to always feel pressured into things that in my gut I did not feel were in the best interest of Mocha’s health. I called ahead to ask whether this practice could help with my dog's condition. I was told yes, they received the medical records, and I booked. I then waited more than a month for the appointment, hopeful that we'd finally found someone who could help him. There is no parking at this office. I had to park two blocks away and walk my disabled dog the rest of the way, which is not a small thing when mobility is the reason you're seeing the vet in the first place. Worth knowing before you book.
The visit fell apart immediately. My dog is a Husky, and he barked when we came in and kept barking in the exam room, which is what Huskies do. The vet never introduced himself (I still don't know his name) and the first thing out of his mouth was asking whether my dog bites. He was visibly nervous the entire time and made no attempt whatsoever to greet my dog or settle him. For a practice that markets itself as holistic, that is the bare minimum I expected.
He also hadn't looked at my dog's medical records before walking in. He read through them in front of me, then told me there was nothing they could do. That is a phone call they could have made a month earlier, before charging me $350 for a consultation that produced nothing.
The one bright spot was the physical therapist, who took the time to show me exercises to do at home and suggested a supplement. I got the impression she felt bad about how dismissively I'd been treated, and I appreciated that she tried.
$350 is the most I have ever paid to be told "no." I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Do not book here without confirming they have actually reviewed your records and can treat your dog's specific condition. I didn't, and it cost me a month of waiting and $350 for nothing.

My dog is comfortable and happy here, which is important because she isn’t comfortable in most veterinary centers. The inside appears to be thoughtfully decorated for the pets to feel comfortable at home as much as one can.
We are using rehab services and the rehab facilitators are fantastic and mostly have a very calming presence, so good for nervous pups.
My only complaint would be communication with the front desk. The majority is done over text and email with very inconsistent on whether or not we will receive a response and it seems if someone is having a not great day that bleeds into communication.
Also the scheduling is confusing and the rehab vet is not easy to get appointments with, even if your pup has been there weekly for over a year -they are not given seniority and therefore my impression is they are taking on more rehab patients than their 1 rehab vet can comfortably see, as she is there 1 week a month, bi-monthly or so.
There is also what seems to be easily avoidable miscommunications which happen with scheduling, affecting us as patient advocates fairly often.
Hopefully these are just growing pains and a replacement rehab vet is on their way in to help make sure the dogs who rely on this service the most get reliable access.
