As the owner of Drain Express, a plumbing company in Charlotte, I had no contacts for a good pump truck outfit in Greensboro. Luckily, I came across Jenkins Waste and they went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule. It was an unusually complicated project and they were the best! In particularly Jacob, he stayed after hours and made sure our project was ready to begin as scheduled. I wish I had Jenkins Waste in Charlotte! Thanks guys!
I was having some water issues inside my house and I wasn’t sure what the problem was so I called Jenkins Waste and explained what was going on and Jacob called me back within 15 minutes with a solution. I ended up needing my septic tank pumped and they were able to come out same day to pump the tank. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Jenkins Waste for all your septic tank needs!
