My interactions with the entire Modern Glass team was A+ from the tech who inspected our warped glass door with a failing hinge to the manager who approved the warranty claim as a special exception to the 2-man super friendly install crew. Obviously the company are total pros at each level. Really appreciate them…

I had to break in through my french door witch ment no security only cardboard to protect entrance. modern glass was recommended and they were great!! big shout out to John and other employees who actually cared about me, Excellent service! i'm so great full. thanks again

My interactions with the entire Modern Glass team was A+ from the tech who inspected our warped glass door with a failing hinge to the manager who approved the warranty claim as a special exception to the 2-man super friendly install crew. Obviously the company are total pros at each level. Really appreciate them being problem solvers when the original manufacturer of the glass had ceased operations regionally so them replacing the glass wasn't possible, so the MG folks found a solution thru another of their vendors to produce the door. Totally fantastic customer care!

The guys did a great job installing a giant, heavy skylight. It had been originally put in about 50 years ago, and it was in a very difficult place to work. I'm happy and relieved. No other glass company in town would touch the job.
