I called Overhead Door Company on a Saturday. The woman was very polite and took down my information and noted that I someone would call me to get an appointment scheduled for Monday. When I called after not receiving a call, the woman I spoke to was quite rude. She shared that there would be no possible way for someone to fix my door today, and that the Saturday person is a third party company. I shared that I had had their company out in the past too, and that the tech had warned me that his fix would likely fail again. I think this company has gotten a bit big for their britches and I won't be using them again.

The whole experience with Overhead Door was amazing! From the upfront, honest pricing over the phone, to the speed in which the came out, and the service technician Justin was fantastic! Not only did he replace my springs (the service I needed) but he fixed the past/original wonky install. The door operates better than it ever did before!
