Peak cleaners do an awesome job everytime. LaTanya Waverly always comes in with a smile. And she is very polite. We have not had any problems with them.

The new owner made the whole entire work experience bad and not worth it.
As the director of multiple healthcare entities, I’ve made it a point to try to find solutions to issues instead of posting negative reviews, however, my experience while utilizing Saavy Cleaning, was not positive. The initial cleaning was delayed over a week due to not being able to locate the office key that was given to the company. Once that was resolved, the deep cleaning took over 3 weeks to occur, and that was only after the manager Emilie who was very helpful, contacted me and assisted in the cleaning personally. The cleaning quality itself varied greatly depending upon who was performing the service. On multiple occasions, I’d return to open my clinic only to find the cleaning didn’t take place, and I was only notified via email that they would have to come the next day. On 2 separate occasions, my clinic was left completely unlocked and the security alarm not set. More often than not, the alarm was not set upon return following service days. I live 48 minutes away from my clinic and had to return all the way back on numerous occasions because I was notified by my security company of an alarm breach. Since I could never get in touch with anyone at Saavy via phone, by the time I could make it to my clinic to ensure it was the cleaning company, police had already been dispatched and I ended up being charged for THREE false alarm responses by the city. Upon canceling my contract, once the final cleaning was completed, I requested 3 times over multiple weeks to have my clinic key returned only to get no response whatsoever and had to pay to have my locks changed. Unfortunately the only consistent communication received by the company was when invoices were due. It was very rare I could speak with anyone for assistance with anything. The customer service aspect was more than disappointing so I wouldn’t recommend the services to any business owner.
