They have bad service don't know how to run nothing right they don't know what there really doing bad business all of the way around
Unfortunately we have never done any kind of service work for you you are a disgruntled ex employee that's slandering my company I'll notify my legal team immediately and see you in court
I had a young gentleman come by for an estimate on labor to replace my sump pump that I believe had died. I have a brand new sump pump to be installed. I was quoted $300 to install with that pump, or $600 with a brand new one. I wasn’t satisfied with the price and some other things, so I called around. Well, my sump pump isn’t dead. Apparently it’s obvious it’s not. My drain line is frozen, so water has been leaking out and freezing (there are frozen puddles of water I didn’t even notice, that he should have). I want to caution anyone in utilizing this company. The man who came by got into my crawl space, he saw exactly what the plumber who is here now, is seeing. I’m disgusted that I was going to be overcharged to “fix” something that wasn’t broken. I’d recommend shopping around and hopefully finding an honest company/plumber to work with, because it’s not this one.
Im sorry u feel that way but we are a flat rate company and u requested a quote to replace a customer supplied sump pump not for a diagnostic on the line had u requested I'm sure my guys would have looked into it further

These guys are phenomenal! Fast service, fixed sink problem, didn't try to charge for things that didn't need fixing. Reasonably priced too! Wish I had found them 13 years ago when I moved in; moving now but leaving their info for new owners

I am blessed to have found Sam's Sewer & Drain Service! Their service was immediate, and they quickly identified a major problem I was really worried about. I was hoping for a simple snake, but unfortunately, the issue was much bigger. Luckily, I had another contractor on-site at the time to provide an estimate, and they confirmed Evan’s diagnosis — and even mentioned that his company would have charged me more! Evan and his team went above and beyond. They came out on a Saturday and worked hard to replace the crushed pipe in my basement. As promised, they returned Monday morning to clean up and set everything back up, including my washing machine. The area looks great now! Thanks again to Evan and the team for the great work and professionalism. Highly recommend! 👏💪
