Noel was very polite and professional. He asked if I had any questions about what needed to be done. He even sprayed around a couple of other structures that I requested which weren’t part of the main house. I look forward to seeing him on the next time around.

Great sales pitch. Disappointing results.
Switching to Spidexx has been a huge disappointment. Their salesman made the service sound amazing and convinced us to switch to a more expensive treatment. We occasionally had spiders before and thought this would improve things. Instead, the spiders have gotten worse.
The rodent situation has also been horrible, and we’ve found dead rodents in our yard multiple times since switching. Prior we didn’t see live or dead rodents… At each visit, we explain that the spiders are getting worse and ask what they can do differently. We haven’t seen any meaningful change in their approach or the results.
The customer service itself has been okay, but being pleasant doesn’t make up for treatment that isn’t solving the problem.
Then there’s cancellation. Every time I call to cancel, I’m told there’s a $229 cancellation fee. I don’t remember agreeing to it, although apparently I did. That fee is the only reason I’ve stayed this long, and every conversation leaves me feeling like the point when I can leave without a penalty keeps getting pushed further out.
I feel like I was sold a bill of goods. If you’re considering Spidexx, my advice is to look elsewhere—and read the cancellation terms carefully. I regret switching.
