The girl at the counter was extremely nice and so was the vet tech. The young man pushing sales, he needs to learn what no means and when someone asks a question, give an answer and not a lecture.
The prices are outrageous and the professionalism is just not there. Everyone standing around the front desk talking…

They were amazing !!!! Staff and doctor made my dogs feel so much at ease.. and they were very knowledgeable and took the time needed for each of the dogs to feel fully relaxed. Mind you I have Malinois and German Shepherds..definitely is now my go-to - vet in the Keys.

I called Upper Keys Veterinary Hospital because my cat was straining to poop. They got me in straight away and gave me options for his care, including medicine to bring home. Two days later, I called again because the issue wasn’t resolved, they got him in, did X-rays, explained the treatment plan and kept him for the day. At the end of day, I brought him home, knowing that we had to go back the next morning for another day of fluids and treatment. The team gave me updates including detailed messages from the veterinarian. This was an expensive week but the team did their best to mitigate costs. They genuinely care about the animals that come in and treat the humans with respect, highly recommend them!

The prices are outrageous and the professionalism is just not there. Everyone standing around the front desk talking about how the doctor is going to be pissed at the other doctor for leaving early, the other doctor stated she didn’t give a shit. All those conversations should have happened in the back and not in front of a customer.
I won’t be returning. It’s too bad, it’s so close to my home.
