Colette is absolutely amazing to work with. She has great communication, she is patient and worked through challenges with me and my husband that were out of our control. WPG took care of everything that was needed from inspection to final walk through with Carter and he was very good at answering their questions from a video call and them met them in person once they moved here and walked them through things in person. WPG builds a beautiful home and everyone was happy! I have nothing but good things to say about the full experience and the company!

Two weeks ago we moved into the new home we purchased, which was facilitated from start to finish by Sean. With this being my first time purchasing a home, obviously I was a bit nervous and had a ton of questions throughout the process. I can tell you without a doubt, that Sean and the WPG are absolutely best in class at what they do.
Sean was kind, fun to work with, and most of all completely transparent throughout the entire process. This man walked us through every step of the way and made sure every single thing he said was accurate and true. No upselling, no pressure, just delivering on promises and ensuring we were taken care of completely.
If you are looking for an amazing new build, please reach out to Sean. He is the gold standard, and the build quality is absolutely phenomenal.
I’d also like to note that Ryan, the construction manager has put every ounce of his over 2 decades worth of experience into making sure these homes are finished to a standard I didn’t think was possible in 2025. Too often you see “builder grade” homes popping up everywhere, and that is bush league compared to what we are lucky enough to have found with WPG. In the rare instance that there was an issue, Parker from WPG warranty has ensured that everything is corrected promptly and with a smile.
My fiancé and I cannot thank the team we worked with at WPG enough. If you are looking to purchase a new home, don’t look any further- call Sean. He’ll take care of you and your family as if you were his own.
