This is the second time I’ve used Don’s moving service, with my first move back in 2019. Coming back for a second time speaks volumes about the trust I have in their service, and once again, they exceeded my expectations!
My wife and I recently moved from the Capital Region to the Boston area. The move involved two pickup locations, making the logistics a bit more complicated, but the entire team handled everything flawlessly.
Al is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, while Sen is exceptionally customer-focused and attentive. They complement each other perfectly and truly make an A-team! Both were punctual, courteous, and professional, and they completed everything on time without a single issue.
A big thank-you as well to Mark for quoting and coordinating everything and Glenn for handling dispatch. Their support and coordination helped make the entire move smooth and stress-free from beginning to end.
Moving can be stressful, but this team made the whole process seamless. I truly appreciate everyone's hard work, professionalism, and outstanding service. The fact that I chose Don’s service again after my first experience in 2019 says it all!
I highly recommend Don’s moving service to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented moving company.
