Milestone expedited a service and parts order to allow the house A/C to be operative when my wife was discharged from the hospital. This attention to a customer's need reflects a caring concern that is seldom seen in business today. Their extra effort in this difficult time is so appreciated.

Next day service w/ no extra charge for a Saturday call out! Tech made the repairs and upgraded my system the same day! No extra call out required. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

The customer service is horrible, they arrived late on the calls, they lied about everything I paid for, and argued with me about what I paid for. Definitely do not recommend. Update Donald came out and fixed my leak and he was an absolute professional.

Classic AC fail. Those guys sent me a tech next day. My home warranty couldn’t get anyone within a week. Any Hour came as reference from my next door neighbor. Technician, Caleb, shows up in time, clean and friendly. Quick diagnostics, quick fix. Half an hour later the AC was running and the house was no longer…

Garrett is one of the best technicians we have had from Milestone! We had several items that needed an electrician. He was prompt, efficient and solved our problems professionally. Great experience!

Francisco Hernandez was cool, courteous, and professional, and very trustworthy. Great experience. Same with recent experience with Gary Strange. Great guy, very reliable and knowledgeable. As always, had another experience with Ivan. Top knotch
